Payment can be in cash, cheque, E-Transfer ($1 charged by the bank via online banking) or Credit card (via Square).
In case of rescheduling or cancellation, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total.
All services available provide a full 30/45/60/75/90min of duration + 10min consultation + take home advice/exercise. Which means an extra 15minutes on top of the duration of the service of your choice. Therefore, please make sure you have enough time for your parking or your next appointment.
In case of running late to your appointment, if you are 10 minutes late, I should be able to make it up to you. If you are 10 minutes late or more, the duration of your service will be reduced accordingly.
